Engage 2009 a Resounding Success!
From March 22 to March 25, Exact Software Americas hosted 500 dedicated customers and business partners for the Engage 2009 user conference. This year’s event took place in Nashville, Tennessee, and provided Exact customers with an opportunity to share with one another the knowledge and experiences they’ve acquired through using Exact’s products and services.
With over 100 product sessions, a vendor showcase highlighting third-party add-on solutions, and a product lab allowing customers to see new products first hand, Engage 2009 was packed with useful information that users could take directly back to their businesses.
During general sessions on the main stage, Exact executives communicated product road maps and updates for all elements of the solution set to all attendees. We also welcomed former Blue Angel, John Foley, to the Engage main stage to deliver a keynote address that shared insight from his experiences as one of the top pilots in the world.
While the focus of Engage 2009 was training and education, attendees also mixed in some fun with an after-hours "Block Party" at the Nashville Gaylord Opryland Hotel. An Irish pub, disco nightclub, sports bar, and Carnival Wii section provided the stops along the “Exact Block.” Fun was had by all, as live music played late into the night.
To emphasize that customers are central to the success of Engage, the conference concluded with a customer presentation that featured how our products have been deployed in a practical business environment to help solve real-world business problems. |
