Before you register, Follow These Steps:

1. Registration is $895.00 February 16, 2008, to April 6, 2008.
   
2. If you pay by check, mail your check and registration form to the address above. Online and faxed registrations will be accepted if payment is made via credit card, or if you indicate that you prefer to be billed.
   
   PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will not be processed until payment is received. Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation letter.

Registration is $895.00 February 16, 2008, to April 6, 2008. Registration covers all conference sessions, product education opportunities, conference meals and Vendor Showcase. Since we know that Las Vegas is a great “getaway” destination, bring a guest with you for just $275.00 registration fee per person. The guest registration fee covers all conference meals and special functions.

Cancellation Policy
Conference Cancellation Deadline: Cancel with no penalty on or before February 15, 2008. A $250 penalty per person will apply to cancellations made between February 16, 2008, and March 5, 2008. Full fees will be charged for cancellations received between March 6, 2008, and the conference.

Hotel Cancellations Deadline: April 1, 2008. Cancel your room with no penalty 72 hours prior to arrival.  You must forfeit your deposit for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice.

Conference Deadlines
February 15, 2008 – Early Bird Conference Registrations Deadline

February 15, 2008 – "No Penalty" Conference Cancellation Deadline

March 3, 2008 – Hotel Reservations Due
A first night's deposit is required with your reservation.

March 5, 2008 – Conference Cancellations Deadline
A $250 penalty per person will apply to cancellations made between February 16, 2008, and March 5, 2008. Full fees will be charged for cancellations received between March 6, 2008, and the conference.

April 1, 2008 – Hotel Cancellations Due
Refunds from the Las Vegas Hilton are available up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. After that time, you must forfeit your deposit.

Discount Hotel Room Rates
We have secured exceptional rates for Engage 2008 attendees at the Las Vegas Hilton. Effective April 3 – 10, 2008, the rate is $119.00 for single occupancy rooms, and $154.00 for double occupancy rooms (plus applicable state and local taxes). You must register by March 3, 2008 to receive these special rates.
