Our first level of support is provided through our customer portal. All Exact customers are given portal access. Through the portal, customers have the option to try to resolve their issue through self-service first. The portal provides access to a variety of knowledge base articles, technical documents, frequently asked questions (FAQs), the latest in product updates, etc.
The next option is to submit an Synergy Support Request. These requests flow directly to our support team and are usually answered within minutes.
The third option is to call support directly during our normal business hours, 8AM - 5PM EST.
And finally, in the rare case that warrants on site support, Exact can provide it quickly and efficiently from one of our 13 North American regional offices.
