For the paying customer satisfaction means a job done on time and within budget. For the project team, being satisfied is being empowered to do what it takes to make all the members of the team successful in their piece of the project and leave them with a sense of fulfillment and an eagerness to take on the next project. And finally, if all other parties are satisfied as described, Exact will be happy.

Specifically, in our projects, we aim for:

  • Achieving our technical, schedule and cost goals
  • Early establishment of the criteria to be used to measure progress toward these goals
  • Early assessment on the return on investment (ROI) of the project
