Custom Products
Boost your company brand with custom documents from Exact Forms. Personalize the default formats or create a document using your own custom print alignment. Exact Forms can print any document you require, even a software-compatible form for a product other than Exact Software.

Project your company’s image using the following customization options. Choose from the pallet of standard colors or select your own special PMS color match. Add a pantograph, border, or screen of your logo to add depth to your form. Perhaps you want to modify the form. All of this is possible with our customization options.

All custom orders are subject to a 10% under/overrun.

Standard Products
Designed for the budget-conscious buyer, standard forms and checks from Exact Forms are available in a limited color pallet and provide the ability to add your logo and personal imprint.  

Standard forms are available in all one-color and includes color options.

Exact Forms protects your checks by including multiple security features on every standard check order – free! All standard checks are printed on an all-inclusive security check paper. The security features include:

Additional standard check details:

• All standard continuous checks are carbonless with a set paper color sequence.
• Logo art is preferred via a high-resolution graphic file (.tif or .eps preferred). If a graphic file is not available, pre-printed art or a camera-ready logo could be used.
  
• All parts print identically except for marginal words such as “non-negotiable”.

Stock Products
Leverage the price efficiencies and immediate shipping availability on these universally-used forms. Stock products from Exact Forms are pre-printed and ready to ship within 24 hours.

All stock forms are pre-packaged in quantities of 500 and do not include a company imprint or logo. The software instructs your printer to print your name and address on the forms as you print. Our stock products include:

Packaging Sequence (Laser checks only)
Due to the numerous feeding paths of laser printers on the market today, it is essential to determine number sequence and packaging on laser check orders.
There are four options:

• Low number on top/face up
• Low number on top/face down
• High number on top/face up
• High number on top/face down
