Attendance Tips
- Set goals
Knowing what you need to do at Engage will keep you focused and help ensure you’ll be prepared to get the most out of your attendance. - Be prepared, but not inflexible
Take the time to create a personal conference schedule. Examine everything that Engage has to offer and identify what you’ll need to do to accomplish your goals for the conference. Spend a few minutes reevaluating your schedule each night to ensure it still aligns with your goals. - Bring your colleagues
With information that can benefit multiple areas of your business, including your technical, finance, operations, and management teams, it makes a lot of sense to bring colleagues from multiple departments. The more team members you have with a strong understanding of your Exact solution, the more you’ll be able to leverage its available benefits, putting you in a stronger position to widen the gap between you and your competitors. - Network
Take advantage of the opportunities at Engage to expand your professional network. You’ll meet other users, experts, and third-party solution providers that can help support your efforts to improve how your company benefits from your Exact solution. Consider joining an Exact User Community to leverage your new relationships after the conference. - Schedule a post-conference debrief with your team
Don’t waste one minute of your conference attendance. Meet with your team when you return and share as much about your experience as possible. If multiple members of your company are in attendance, take the time to discuss what each one of them found valuable about Engage and whether or not you were all able to achieve your goals.
Tips to Help You Justify Your Attendance
