Our customers require immediate access to world-class on-line and telephone support. Exact Software’s Business Analytics Division delivers quick, efficient answers to questions and concerns. Graphical Performance Series (GPS) is a rapidly expanding solution, with new modules, releases and features frequently being added. Our support team's mission is to ensure that our technology delivers real value to each of our customers.

Announcements
Perfect Tracker, will be replaced with a GPS Customer Portal powered by Exact Synergy. Although Exact GPS customers will no longer be able to submit new support issues to Perfect Tracker, previously submitted issues can still be viewed. Also, Perfect Tracker knowledgebase items identified as critical have been transferred to the GPS Customer Portal. If you’re unable to find any items that you believe are critical to your business, please contact support at 1-877-EXACTSW (1-877-392-2879).
