  • Silver for multi-site installations up to 10 sites offering a pro-active and consistent approach to all sites

  • Gold for extensive multi-site installations of up to 25 sites

  • Platinum for large multinational key accounts demanding maximal support and availability
Bronze

Your Exact applications are a vital part of your business. It is imperative that they run smoothly. Bronze, our standard service contract, suits best for single site installations and provides you with investment protection by means of:

Silver

Our Silver service contract suits best for multi-site installations of up to 10 sites. It includes all the features and benefits of Bronze plus additional services for pro-active support and coordination:

Gold

Our Gold service contract suits best for multi-site installations of up to 25 sites. It includes all the features and benefits of Silver plus enhanced communication levels and version management:

Our Platinum service contract is reserved for a limited number of multinational key accounts. It provides our highest level of support and our most comprehensive package of communication commitments.
