The "flying doctors"

The special support staff within Exact International are nicknamed the “flying doctors.” The members of this team are exceptionally skilled and have more than five years’ support experience. They have profound functional and technical knowledge and can deal with any issue related to your Exact software.

If a question cannot be settled by local helpdesks and on-site investigation is required, the flying doctors will fly to the other side of the world if necessary. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
