Introductory courses to get you started quickly or advanced for experienced users.
Classes are available in three formats On-Demand, Virtual and Traditional Classroom.
On-Demand pre-recorded classes are available 24/7 and can be accessed at your convenience from the customer portal. The topics include product navigation, the setup of preferences and master files, quoting and entering and processing of a job (Session topics related to setup and use of the accounting and payroll modules are also available). The on-demand classes are accompanied by regularly scheduled virtual hands on instructor led labs and open forums with an instructor available to answer any questions and clarify items that may have come up during the recorded sessions.
Virtual online instructor led courses are available on a regular basis, that cover more focused topics for users with additional modules or simply users trying to get a little more experience with more specific areas of JobBOSS. Topics include Scheduling, ShopBOSS, Sales Order Processing, OfficeBOSS, 9.0 Advanced Materials, along with several Crystal Reports classes.
3-day traditional classroom-style training is available, featuring hands-on tutorials. Training is held at various locations including our headquarters in Minneapolis MN, Andover MA, Columbus OH, Chicago IL, Los Angeles CA and Dallas TX. Classroom training can also be arranged to be held at your location.
Free Training Aids: A training database lets you practice with sample data or add your own without disrupting your shop’s production database. Built-in JobBOSS Help provides convenient “how’s” and “why’s” to questions you have while working in JobBOSS. Comprehensive written documentation is available to download and print from the JobBOSS Customer Portal.
