  • The Excel spreadsheet or CSV file is easy to create as it only requires a handful of data such as GL Account, Date, Amount, Description, etc.
  • With two clicks of a button the data is transformed in to a format that can then be used by Macola ES to import the data directly in to the GL

Inventory Items Mass Entry from Excel Spreadsheet

This tool allows you to easily update Macola Items, Item Location and Default Prices from an Excel spreadsheet into Macola ES. This module can be used by companies that wish to have items inserted into Macola ES with minimal manual entries. This is especially useful when Macola ES is used by Distributors, and there is a need for items to be stored in the database, but not listed as stocked items for the quoting or sales process.

Item History View

Your salespeople need visibility to the cost and price for items recently sold to determine the current 'market' price for these items. They would like a view displaying certain specific purchase and sales information for an item, generated on demand.

Item No "Partial Match" Search

Your company would like the ability to search the Item Master and Item Location data tables for item numbers similar to those entered by a user. Current availability for items will be displayed for all locations within the database.
