Asimilate is a web based solution using .asp and .net. Asimilate was created only for Exact Software and looks directly at the same SQL fields of Progression and ES. Therefore, there are no uploads or synchronization needed.

Vendor Relationship Management (VRM)

Asimilate’s New Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) offers unprecedented solutions in the E-purchasing and E-procurement areas. The VRM allows the user to distribute Purchase Orders automatically and digitally to the Vendor via an Email Link or a Fax server. The Email Link will allow the Vendor to link to your data via an HTML link. This automation allows for the vendor to proactively update your promise dates, cost, and notes of purchase orders. Asimilate will also communicate with the vendor at given specific date and times to assure that the inventory will arrive within the given Promise Dates.

The assistance of Asimilate creates supply chain visibility. With the ability for importers to manage purchase orders, supplier performance and logistics service. This cannot be done well with emails and faxes. Online technology is needed to provide needed integration, which removes blind spots in the supply chain.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Manage customers contact information, sales orders, and invoicing using Asimilate’s integrated CRM. You can also enter sales orders remotely making this solution perfect for outside sales reps and trade shows.

Inventory

Inventory can be viewed and searched by vendor item number, location, price range, usage and other criteria. Inventory details page lists all relevant information for each item including open work orders for this item, open pos for this item and all history.

Images can also be assigned to inventory by using a target link to another folder on the network or outside via the web creating efficiency across the enterprise

Production Order Processing (POP)

This feature shows which production orders can or cannot be manufactured and why. Identify shortages at the top level, but have the ability to drill down deep into your production orders and their dependent orders.

E-Commerce

Finally an affordable all integrated e-commerce solution for exact. We can work with your existing site or create a custom designed web site that is hosted in a data center and synchronizes the data back to your corporate progression or ES data. This is all done without any user intervention.
