BCT PFIS (Time Clock and More)
Shop floor data collection compatible with Exact Macola ES and Progression (Microsoft SQL and Pervasive PSQL). The application allows for real-time data validation against the open shop order list, open operations, active manufacturing employees, etc. This does require the Macola Labor Performance module.
You have the ability to set up an indirect labor code that allows the employee to punch in/out on the day of the indirect labor code and allocate time on shop orders and operations that the employee worked on during the day. This minimizes the time spent running back and forth to the time clock and also handles the employees running multiple machines simultaneously.
On-line, real time data evaluation.
Employee can be selected by the first few characters of the name or the employee number or just by SWIPING.
Time can be associated with open Shop Orders and operations. Also, time can be associated with indirect labor codes.
Production Floor Information System can perform assumed punch-outs. This means when you punch in on a new shop order and/or operation it punches you out on the previous operation.
Supervisors have the ability to edit time for their department before it interfaces to Labor Performance.
