Harvest Ventures – AP Voucher Mass Entry Invoice as Received

Designed with useful filters, this modification to AP Entries is an accurate, easy to use process. Whether it is a voucher to be applied against multiple PO’s or a voucher to be applied against several lines on a single PO, this utility provides the user with easy checkbox options to streamline the voucher entry process.

AP Mass Entry Utility has many useful functions:

• Uses Standard Macola functionality
• Fast, Easy - user friendly
• Multiple PO access for one voucher
• User override of Qty Invoiced and Actual Cost
• Pre-Post check before posting in Macola
• Allows user to suspend the batch pending further review
• Once the batch is added to Macola - it can be called up in Macola - Enter Transaction Screen for editing, correcting, or viewing

Selecting PO’s

Using the AP Mass Entry Solution to select PO’s for payment is streamlined to give the user a straightforward entry process. Simply "Display All Orders For This Vendor" and "Re-Run the Search". From this point, the user is able to check off various PO’s and line items to pay on this voucher. After selecting the desired PO, the user has two choices.

1. The button will trigger the Enter Voucher Transaction page to appear and all the required fields will be auto filled by Macola based on the information entered in the Mass Entry Utility. Once this is done the user can access each individual voucher through the Enter Voucher Transaction screen to make changes or corrections. Using standard Macola ES processing the batch is then processed.
2. Put Trx on Hold: This option allows the user to move this batch to a segregated area for later review.

This solution is available for both Macola ES and Progression customers.
