Harvest Ventures – ES Customer, Vendor, Contact Loader

The Data Loader Application is a useful tool to import Vendor, Customer, GL Account and Human Resource data directly in to Macola ES. It also has the ability to update changes made to existing records.

The application takes a specifically formatted Excel spreadsheet and transforms the data in to a format that can then be imported in to Macola ES.

The accompanying grid used by the application also allows easy editing of the data before the final import. Typically this can be used as a method of interfacing existing data from your old ERP or Accounting system.

Just export your data to an Excel file. Format the information to fit the predefined format needed by the Data Loader application. A couple of clicks of a button later, the data is now in your Macola ES database.

You can also edit existing records. An Export function is included to gain access to your data. You can make changes in Excel and update these changes back into your Macola ES database.
