The iFlex Transfer Program was developed to offer users an easy to use file transfer tool for customized screen sets and modified code into Macola. The step by step functionality of this program makes it user friendly and easy to use.

This tool allows the user:

• Import selective records into the Flexdata Table
• Provides a Back up of Projects as new projects are added
• Allows restore of previous version of Single or many Flexibility projects
• Allows easy transfer of Single Flex Projects from Test to Live environments
• allows easy way to combine and manage multiple Flex Projects (i.e. 1 record from 1 project, 1 from another to form a complete package)

Advantages include:

• No need for user to open Enterprise Manager, or give access to Enterprise Manager
• No Transfer of Text and Binary files – Data is transferred via .flx files
• Safe and easy for non–technical staff to use (Clients can Install Projects)
• Provides a Backup and Restore of ALL previous versions of a project
• Allows single Flex projects to be transferred rather than importing the total Flexdata Table
