Harvest Ventures – Inventory Transfer Utility

The Inventory Transfer Modification is designed to allow mass transfers of a list of items from one location to another.

This add on procedure allows the user to prepare a batch of items for transfer between inventory locations over an extended period of time and then submit all for processing at once. The batch has a common reference in the Comments, as well as Print Batch option to use as an internal picking/packing slip.

This utility uses:

• Standard Macola logic and screen functionality
• Will allow for mark ups between locations if user requires
• Fast, easy, and user friendly
• Allows for multiple transfers at once
• Allows user to suspend the batch pending further shipments
• Access standard Macola reporting for inventory transaction history

This routine uses standard Macola logic and functionality to complete the transfer. The user clicks on the button and the information is populated into the standard Macola Enter Transaction screen. Once all the transfers have been completed the user can access the transfer information through inventory transaction history views and reports. The batch can also be printed from within the utility as well. This transfer utility allows multiple items and multiple "from" and "to" locations to be used in each batch.

This modification is available for both Progression and Macola ES.
