Harvest Ventures – Purchase Order View Utility

The Purchase Order View by Order Number in Macola is very limited in terms of what filters are available for users to search on. We have created a PO View Modification designed to give users a more detailed search on PO’s. It gives a quick and easy way to monitor purchasing at a warehouse level.

By simply pressing the PO View button, the user is able to filter PO’s by:

• Ship to code
• Status
• Vendor
• Line status
• Quantity status

Advantages of this utility:

• View by PO Header line status
• View by dollar value
• View by receipt and voucher dates
• View by receiving status
• Received not invoiced snapshot
• Ability to Close PO’s from this screen
• Ability to Print reports from this screen
• Drill down capabilities to receiver details as well as voucher details

These advantages allow the user a detailed view of the current status of purchase orders.

All filters are cumulative and provide the user with an effective means of searching for PO’s in Macola.
