Harvest Ventures – Spooled Report Manager

The Spooled Report Path Setter Modification is designed to fully utilize the power Macola offers in printing posting journals and other documents to file.

• The Path can be set for one or multiple users on each workstation for each report
• Printing to a central location allows for easier back up and archiving of reports on a less frequent basis
• If printing to an archive location, the name of the report does not have to be set for each individual user
• When files are deleted from a workstation the Macola Report viewing tool is updated
• Path Setter allows all paths, for all users, for all reports to be set from one central location
• The Path Setter Utility allows users the ability to change the default paths for any report that is printed to File from within Macola
• The change is applicable to one user, several users, one report or several reports
• Simple to implement and allows the user to make multiple changes simultaneously
• Control all reports in a known location
• Change these locations without having the users remember the report path location and timing policy
