OE Auto Select Shipped Orders for Billing

Overview:

Your company uses ShipGear to process warehouse shipments. You would like to automatically select orders for billing based on shipments made through the ShipGear application.

Proposed Solution:

Using a Flexibility script that will automatically select "shipped" orders for billing.

Detail of Requirements:

A Flexibility pop up screen will be created to give the choice to select Ship Gear orders or to enter an Order Range.

The default chosen when the screen opens will be "Select Range of Orders". If the user chooses the "Select ShipGear Orders" option, the order range fields will be cleared and disabled.

When the user clicks the 'Select' command, the application will find all open orders that have been "shipped" by ShipGear. All line items where the quantity to ship is greater than 0 will be selected for billing.

An order will be considered "shipped" by ShipGear if a Header Comment is found, beginning with the text "Tracking #";". This text is only found on Order Header comments selected by ShipGear.
