Copies from the past 12 months

You can request free print-outs of your accounts from within the previous 12 months. Please email your request for a copy of your invoices to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or contact 1-877-392-2879.

Check your accounts online

You can easily and quickly check your accounts on our Customer Portal:

  • Log in to the Customer Portal.
  • Click Address in the left navigation field.
  • In the next screen go to Monitor and select Documents.
  • Look for documents titled ‘Delivery note’ and open the attachments.
If you do not have a password for the Customer Portal, you can request a new password.
