Release and Update Information
Use the Exact product updates to keep your software up to date. This way you ensure you are working with the latest version of your Exact software. At the same time, it includes the most recent rules and legislation. Depending on the product, you’ll also benefit from new functionalities.
Besides frequently releasing updates for our software, we also develop new product lines. Do you have a maintenance agreement? If that’s the case, you can usually switch to a new product line on favorable conditions.
The Exact Product updates are only available when you have entered into a maintenance agreement with us. Not in the possession of a maintenance agreement yet? Then enter into an agreement with us, by calling our Customer Service on 1-877-392-2879 from Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm Eastern Time.
Release and update information
We accompany every new release of our products with a detailed description on the improvements and adjustments we made. We make this available on the Customer Portal. Also you’ll find instructions on how to download the latest release of your product.
